go!go!vanillas’s “TRICK STAR” has been announced to be the ending theme for the upcoming Tokyo Revengers: War of the Three Titans Arc, set to premiere October 2, 2026 in Japan on MBS, TBS, and other local networks. The series will also stream exclusively worldwide on Disney+, excluding mainland China. “TRICK STAR” is set for release on September 30.
Ahead of the single’s release, go!go!vanillas has unveiled two new cover artworks, including a special Tokyo Revengers collaboration design. Featured on the CD-only edition, the artwork depicts Takemichi and Mikey facing one another, offering a striking glimpse at the connection between the song and the story to come. The Blu-ray/DVD edition takes a different approach, prominently featuring the “TRICK STAR” emblem in a bold, dramatic design.
The titles of the single’s two additional tracks have also been revealed. “Jewel,” written by guitarist Shintaro Yanagisawa, and “ICK,” written by vocalist and guitarist Tatsuya Maki, are both brand-new songs created for the release.
When “TRICK STAR” was first announced as the new ending theme, all four members of go!go!vanillas shared comments about the new song. Vocalist and guitarist Tatsuya Maki revealed, “I took my time revisiting the series, and the words that came to mind became the title of the song. I poured everything I wanted to express into the lyrics.”
The members also reflected on how they connected with Takemichi’s determination to keep getting back up no matter how many times he is knocked down, while expressing their hopes that the song will add even more intensity to the story as it heads toward its final battle. Stay tuned for the upcoming reveal of the new ending theme.
Ahead of the October premiere, two advance screenings of the new arc will also be held in Japan on September 6 in Tokyo and September 21 in Osaka. Four main cast members are scheduled to appear at both events. The Tokyo event will screen Episode 51 and 52, the first two episodes of the War of the Three Titans Arc, while the Osaka event will screen episodes 51 through 53.
With “TRICK STAR” arriving September 30 and Tokyo Revengers: War of the Three Arc premiering just days later on October 2, anticipation continues to build for the next chapter of the series and go!go!vanillas’s new ending theme.
go!go!vanillas’ latest track “Dandelion” has been selected as the ending theme of the TV anime SAKAMOTO DAYS.
SAKAMOTO DAYS is an extremely popular series that has surpassed 8 million copies in circulation. The story is about Taro Sakamoto, a former legendary hitman, who now fights alongside his allies to protect the peaceful daily life he shares with his beloved family from relentless assassins in this hitman solid action story.
The newly released main trailer (ver.2) features part of “Dandelion,” the new ending theme by go!go!vanillas. Regarding the theme, the band commented:
“We were truly happy to receive this opportunity as fans of the series. The ending theme ‘Dandelion’ was not created to reflect Sakamoto’s active side as a hitman, but to focus on the quiet peace and the price that follows after the fight ends and he returns home.”
The lyrics, written by vocalist/guitarist Tatsuya Maki, highlight the way Taro Sakamoto lives his life.
Please look forward to more information on “Dandelion,” and be sure to check out go!go!vanillas’ upcoming tours and music festival appearances.
