OFFICIAL HIGE DANDISM has released their new single, “Sanitizer.”
On November 26, a special website featuring a countdown suddenly went live, and the short melody that played on the site turned out to be the intro of “Sanitizer,” making the release a complete surprise. This track marks their first non-tie-in song in about seven years, encapsulating the sound and message the band wants to deliver right now. It is a medium-tempo rock number that conveys the desire to overcome personal struggles and stand alongside someone important — expressed through the relationship between “me” and “you.” Following their stadium concerts and a series of summer festival appearances in 2025, the band has further expanded their scale and musical maturity. “Sanitizer” arrives as the song they most wanted to share at this moment, serving as a fitting finale to their 2025 activities. The music video has also been released. Directed by Takuto Shinbo, who has worked on many of OFFICIAL HIGE DANDISM’s visual projects, the video was filmed in Hokkaido and captures the members sharing meals and strolling through town, reflecting the warmth of the song. It is a visual narrative that invites repeated viewing. OFFICIAL HIGE DANDISM will also release their live video work “OFFICIAL HIGE DANDISM Arena Tour 2024...
