We operate the Shopify Store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Response Timing and Format

We endeavor to substantively respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to another 45 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.

California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our Websites that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes, if any. Exercising Your Rights to Know, Correct, or Delete

You may only submit a request to know twice within a 12-month period. Your request to know, correct, or delete must:

personal information or an authorized representative, which may include:
- Verification of your name, email address, phone number, zip code or other identifying information.
- Official documents verifying your legal status as your child’s parent or legal guardian.

We will only use personal information provided in the request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make it.

Response Timing and Format
We will confirm receipt of your request within ten (10) business days. If you do not receive confirmation within the 10-day timeframe, please contact us again at info.PCUSA@ponycanyon.co.jp.
We endeavor to substantively respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to another 45 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option.
Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding our receipt of your request. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
Right to Limit Disclosure or Use of Sensitive Personal Information
You have the right to limit the disclosure or use of your sensitive personal information to only those actions necessary for us to provide goods and services to you or as otherwise specifically directed by you. Please note that we do not currently collect or use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about consumers triggering such limitation rights.
Personal Information Sales and Sharing Opt-Out Rights
We do not sell your personal information. However, to the extent that our use of your personal information to provide our Websites, products and services to you may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under the CCPA, and if you are age 16 or older, you may submit a request to “opt-out” by using the link provided below. Once you make an opt-out request, we will wait at least twelve (12) months before asking you to reauthorize personal information sales or sharing, if any.You do not need to create an account with us to exercise your opt-out rights. We will only use personal information provided in an opt-out request to review and comply with the request.

Non-Discrimination

Other California Privacy Rights and Disclosures
California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our Websites that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes, if any. California’s “Digital Online Erasure” law (Cal. California Do Not Track Disclosure
