Globally popular rock band BAND-MAID has announced the detailed dates for the North American leg of their ongoing “BAND-MAID WORLD TOUR 2026.” Furthermore, it has been revealed that the up-and-coming girls’ band NEK! will perform as the opening act for the two-day Nippon Budokan shows on November 13 and 14, which will serve as the finale of the world tour.

BAND-MAID has steadily built a solid track record on a global scale, successfully performing at major international festivals and wrapping up solo shows one after another. This will be their first solo North American tour in about three years, following the “BAND-MAID 10TH ANNIVERSARY TOUR in North America” in 2023. As the North American run had been teased since the start of the current world tour, this was a highly anticipated announcement for local “Masters (Goshujin-sama) and Princesses (Ojō-sama)” (the official name for their fans) who had been eagerly waiting for the details. The tour will feature six shows in the United States, including New York and Los Angeles, and one show in Mexico. It has also been announced that they will be touring with new music, ensuring that this will be a tour closely watched by Masters and Princesses all over the world.

It was also announced that the band will welcome an opening act for the “BAND-MAID WORLD TOUR 2026 FINAL” Nippon Budokan performances on November 13 and 14. Selected to open these two highly anticipated days is NEK!, a dynamic four-piece girls’ rock band that made their major debut this year and is rapidly gaining momentum. For NEK!, who have looked up to BAND-MAID since their formation and even covered their songs, this is a dream-come-true collaboration. The official advance ticket lottery for the November shows, including the Nippon Budokan performances, will begin at noon on August 1 (Japan Time).
