GLAY
A rock band from Hokkaido, formed in 1988 by TAKURO (Gt.) and TERU (Vo.).
Formed in 1988 with TAKURO (Gt.) and TERU (Vo.) as the core members, HISASHI (Gt.) joined in 1989, JIRO (Ba.) in 1992, and the band made its major debut in 1994.
The band will celebrate its 30th anniversary on May 25, 2024. Under the theme of “GLAY EXPO”, the 30th anniversary, the band will make a guest appearance at the Japan tour of QUEEN + ADAM LAMBERT (Sapporo Dome), release a single to commemorate the 30th anniversary, and perform at the Saitama and The band will also be holding a 30th anniversary live concert at the Seibu Dome in Saitama on June 8 and 9, 2024, the first time in five years.
After becoming independent in 2005, in June 2010, the company launched its own label, “loversoul music & associates” (renamed “LSG” in 2016) and an e-commerce site, “GLAY Official Store G-DIRECT,” with the idea that “GLAY should be more straightforward in its music. In 2017, they launched the official app “GLAY app”, and continue to aim high and push forward with their unique stance so that GLAY can challenge every possibility through their music.

GLAY announces collaboration with ENHYPEN and JAY for 62nd single!
（C）Loversoul GLAY is set to release its 62nd single "whodunit / share" on May 29th to celebrate the 30th anniversary of its debut. It has been announced that "whodunit" which will be included in the single, is a collaboration with JAY, a member of ENHYPEN ENHYPEN is a hotly popular K-pop boys group that has achieved the fastest solo Tokyo Dome concert since their debut in 2023, and their latest album became the first double million-seller. The story behind the offer is that TAKURO, the leader of GLAY, was looking for a collaborator who could produce a song suitable for the opening of a new career for GLAY, which is celebrating its 30th anniversary, and who could also provide great inspiration to the band, when he heard about JAY from a concerned person. Knowing his voice and his passion for rock music, they felt that they could create an interesting chemistry and approached him. TERU and TAKURO went to Korea to record vocals for the song with JAY. Also, at TAKURO's request, JAY himself wrote the lyrics for the parts he sings. The artwork for "whodunit-GLAY x JAY(ENHYPEN)-" has also been released. We can't wait to hear the whole...
