GLAY will release their long-awaited 63rd single “Dead Or Alive” on December 3. Its lead track, “Dead Or Alive,” has been selected as the opening theme for the anime Record of Ragnarok III, which will be exclusively available on Netflix from December 10.

The song was written and composed by GLAY’s main composer, TAKURO. With its intense rock sound, the track enhances the powerful battles that take place throughout the series. Along with the announcement, a giveaway campaign for a GLAY-signed poster has begun, and the third promotional video featuring “Dead Or Alive” has also been released. Please be sure to check it out.

It is a great honor for us to be in charge of the opening theme for a series that has been highly popular since its first season.
When creating “Dead Or Alive,” I focused on the grand scale of Record of Ragnarok and the inner struggles of each character, whose dilemmas cannot simply be judged by notions of good or evil.
The track combines the dynamic action of the series with the raw intensity of rock, resulting in a powerful and energetic song.

The anime Record of Ragnarok III will begin streaming exclusively on Netflix on ,December 10.
