Thank you very much for sticking with us through all that time.”, and conveyed his gratitude towards MAPPA, the animation studio responsible for the production, stating “The climax scene that happens in the last half of the final season was very hard to draw in the original manga, as well, so I couldn’t help but think, “This is going to be rough for MAPPA. MAPPA is probably thinking, ‘Please stop.’ I’m sorry, MAPPA. I’m really sorry.” Even then, I’m very excited to see how it’ll turn out in the anime.” He also hinted at the inclusion of scenes in the anime that differ from the original manga, suggesting, “Also this time, by my request, I got to redraw a little bit of the rough draft toward the end.” We hope you will imprint the ending in your memory.

◆Yuichiro Hayashi (Director)
The anime “Attack on Titan” is finally heading toward its finale.
These last four years, I faced this project every single day going, “Fight… Fight…”
We put everything I could possibly think of into this, and I believe the final footage is just a compilation of all of our passion. A new script from Isayama-sensei, the actors’ soul-filled performances, the absolute perfect pieces of music. Please experience all of this!
◆Linked Horizon (THE FINAL CHAPTERS Special 2 Theme / Opnening Theme #88〜94)
To everyone who’s been supporting AoT… I’m back!
This is Revo from Linked Horizon.
Is there any melody, any words that I can say to fully describe how I’m feeling as this extraordinary series comes to a close?
After searching long and hard for the right words, I was able to find the answer.
But I cannot say I can’t be sure if this is the absolute answer or not.
If you will forgive my folly of speaking as if I were in the same world as them, I foolishly think that they must have felt the same sense of helplessness and hesitation as well.
Yet we must move forward.
With all of the love and respect I can offer to my brethren that fought alongside me on this project inside and out, I dedicate one heart and two songs.
◆Ai Higuchi (Ending Theme #88〜94)
I never really thought about this before because the words “Dedicate your heart” because became such a part of our own world but…
Dedicate it to whom? To what? I…
No matter how unreachable the world of this story was, in the end, the answer is within my (and your) hands.
With bated breath, I created an accompanying song.
This is the song I offer to you.
“Itterasshai(See you later)” Please listen to this song as you feel your heart beating.
